Unmissable: 2000 Trees Festival

Unmissable is our feature where we take a look at some festival lineups and highlight some of the bands that we think are unmissable! Our second edition of 'Unmissable' features 2000 Trees Festival.

YONAKA

Having just released their absolutely incredible debut album 'Don't Wait TIl Tomorrow', YONAKA are not a band you want to miss. Their album tour produced some unforgettable shows and I am sure their festival summer will produce more of the same. Also with Theresa Jarvis at the front, YONAKA will always have one of the best vocal performances of the festival

Dune Rats

All the way from Brisbane, Australia are Dune Rats. Made up of Guitarist Danny, Drummer BC, and bassist Brett, they are now in their 8th year as a band. With a number 1 album in Australia, they are now starting to make an impression over in the UK and with two very impressive albums already released, their setlist is always full of bangers.

When?

Saturday @ 18:25 on The Axiom Stage

Orchards

Brighton band Orchards are one of the best indie math-pop bands out there currently. Producing tunes that make you want to dance from the very first note and get you singing along like you have already heard the song 1000 times before, their music is certainly infectious. Another impressive vocalist in Lucy Evers will certainly give YONAKA's Theresa Jarvis a run for her money regarding best vocalist of the weekend.

When?

Thursday @ 15:10 on The Axiom Stage

Soeur

The dual fronted trio that is Sœur produce exciting grunge driven alt-rock and do it with some style. With the ability for both vocalists to harmonise as well as sing powerful solos and play thrashing guitar riffs, their music is certainly something you need to experience at least once. The problem is after you see them once you will keep wanting to go back.

When?

Thursday @ 12:40 on The Cave

Saturday @ 16:00 on The Main Stage
